Description

This is a detached chimney associated with a former mine, dating from the late 19th century. The lower stage is constructed of killas rubble, while the upper stage is made of brick. The chimney is round in shape and features a tall tapered design. On the north side, there is a flue opening that is spanned by a round brick arch. A brick collar separates the two stages, and near the top, there is another collar with a stepped cornice.
