Description
Pleasant Valley is a small house, likely built in the 18th century. It features a concrete-faced front with rubble and cob walls, and a wheat-reed thatched roof with rendered chimneys at the gable ends. There is a large external chimney breast on the right side of the building. The layout consists of a two-room plan, probably with a lobby entrance and a stair between the rooms. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear.
The house is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window front with a central doorway, which is accompanied by a 20th-century porch, door, and windows. The interior has not been inspected.
