Description

A pair of early 19th-century town houses, situated in a row on Truro Lane, Penryn. The houses are constructed of stucco over a rubble base, with a dry slate roof and brick end stacks. They follow a double-depth plan and rise to two storeys. The two-window front is stepped down on the right-hand side. It features 16-pane hornless sash windows and two doorways centrally positioned. The left-hand doorway (number 20) has a pilastered doorcase with a moulded hood. The other doorcase has been removed. Both doors are six-panel doors with glazed top panels. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
