ST ERTH CHURCH STREET, St Erth SW 5435-5535 13/223 No. 3 (Snips and Brian's - Delicatessen)

GV II 2 houses, one with shopfront and now 2 shops with accommodation over. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed front. Scantle slate roof with projecting eaves and brick chimneys over party wall, left, and over hipped end, right. Plan: Double depth plan plus later extensions at rear. Left-hand house has entrance passage on left and shopfront on right. Right-hand house has 2 equal front rooms flanking a central entrance hall. Exterior: 2-storeys. Overall 6 window east north east front. Each house has 3 window front. Left-hand house has doorway on left with blind window, over, and shopfront under the middle window with its doorway under the right-hand window. Original slightly projecting shopfront with 6 lights at the front and shallow sidelights. Original fascia with entablature hidden by C20 fascia. Original double partly glazed doors. House on right has symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway and blind window over. All windows are original 12-pane hornless sashes. Interior: Not inspected.
