Description
This is a house dating from the 18th century, located approximately 20 metres north-west of Bosfranken Bottoms. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a corrugated iron roof with gable ends. The chimneys, likely made of granite, are overgrown with ivy. The house probably has a two-room plan with a lobby and stair situated between the rooms, and it is built into a bank at the rear.
The exterior is two storeys high and has a nearly symmetrical three-window front facing south-west, with an approximately central doorway that features a ledged door. The ground floor windows are blocked, while the first floor has old six-pane casements in small openings. The interior has not been inspected.
