Description

This is an 18th-century town house located on Church Street, Helston. The exterior is primarily granite rubble with granite quoins, with pointed rubble to the Five Wells Lane elevation. It has a steep asbestos slate roof, which is hipped on the left side, and a brick stack to the left. The house has a deep plan that incorporates a rear wing. The two-storey facade features a single-window range. It has a tall early to mid-19th-century twelve-pane hornless sash window above a wider square, 18-pane fixed light. A small window is visible in the mostly blocked former doorway on the right side. The interior was not inspected.
