Description

This is a town house, originally built in the early 18th century and now divided into three separate dwellings. The building is constructed from granite rubble with wooden lintels, topped with a steep slate and asbestos slate roof featuring moulded eaves, shaped brackets, and crested clay ridge tiles on the right side. There are brick end stacks.

The house follows a single-depth plan and is two storeys high with a three-window facade. A two-light casement window sits on the first floor, incorporating glazing bars on the left and centre windows. The original central doorway has been replaced with a 20th-century twelve-pane hornless sash window. A mid-19th century twelve-pane sash window is located on the far left, and a later four-pane horned sash window is situated on the right. Later doorways are visible; one towards the left with a 20th-century top-glazed door, and a pair of doorways towards the right, one with a 20th-century four-panel door and the other with a 20th-century top-glazed door. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
