Description
No. 37 St Gluvias Street is a 18th-century town house located in Penryn. The building features granite rubble walls with wooden lintels and a steep dry slate roof, which has rendered end stacks. It is equipped with cast-iron ogee gutters. The house has an L-shaped plan that includes a rear wing on the right side. It stands two storeys tall and has a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are 20th-century sixteen-pane horned sashes, and there is a central doorway with a 20th-century top-glazed four-panel door. The interior has not been inspected.
