ST DAY CHURCH STREET SW 74 SW (west side) 11/346 No.17 GV II House. Mid C19. Coursed squared granite with quoins, tiled roof imitating slate. Double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, almost symmetrical; plinth of large granite blocks; central doorway with recessed door of 6 panels (the upper pair glazed), and reeded central rail; a 16-pane sashed window to the left and a large tripartite sashed window to the right; three 16-pane sashes at 1st floor, that in the centre narrower. All these openings have quoined surrounds. Gable chimneys. Interior not inspected.
