Description
No. 3 Weetwood Lane is a mid-19th century house that is attached to a public house. It is built from coursed squared gritstone and has a slate roof. The house has two storeys and a cellar, featuring three first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a recessed panelled door with an overlight, accessed by two steps, and is framed by a wooden pilastered surround with a shallow pedimented hood. On either side of the door are tall 16-pane sash windows, which are shorter on the first floor and have glazing bars in the center sash. All windows have plain sills and lintels. The eaves are supported by widely spaced stone brackets, and the gables are coped. There are banded end stacks, with the right stack being rendered. The interior has not been inspected.
