House, attached to public house. Mid C19. Coursed squared gritstone, slate roof. 2 storeys with cellar, 3 first-floor windows. Central recessed panelled door with overlight up 2 steps, in wooden pilastered surround with shallow pedimented hood. Flanking tall 16-pane sashes, shorter to first floor with glazing bars to centre sash, all with plain sills and lintels. Widely spaced stone eaves brackets, coped gables. Banded end stacks, rendered on right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
