Lodge to The Grange, now Beckett Park. Mid C19. Ashlar, steeply pitched stone slate roof. Tudor style. 1 storey with attic, asymmetrical. Facade to St Chad's Drive has a gabled porch with board door, 4-centred arch, hoodmould, plain shield above, overhanging eaves with ornate traceried barge-boards. Small lancet windows. Right return, to Otley Road: stone-roofed bay window, attic window above with chamfered reveals, ornate barge-boards. Large stone chimney to rear with octagonal hafts, cornices and crenellated caps. INTERIOR: not inspected.
