Description

No. 25, St Stephen's Hill is a village house, likely dating to the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted rubble with oak lintels, with slatehanging to the left-hand gable and below, and a rag slate roof featuring brick end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and a rear wing to the rear left. The symmetrical front has three windows across two storeys. The upper floor features early 19th-century sixteen-pane, two-light casement windows. The ground floor has 20th-century three-light casement windows. A central early 19th-century six-panel door provides access. The interior has not been inspected.
