Description

No. 4 West Bridge Road is a village house dating from the 18th century. It features a textured render finish, likely over rubble or a combination of rubble and cob, and has a bitumen-grouted rag slate roof with a brick chimney on the left side. The building has a shallow-depth plan and stands two storeys tall, presenting a long, low three-window facade. The first floor has 20th-century casements, while the ground floor showcases late 19th-century horned sash windows: a three-light casement above an eight-pane sash on the left, three lights above a central 20th-century door, and two lights above a pair of four-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
