Description
No. 30 St Stephen's Hill is a village house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of polychrome slatestone and other rubble, topped with a rag slate roof that features paired brackets at the eaves fascia and crested clay ridge tiles, along with rendered end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan with a rear wing on the right side. It stands two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are fitted with segmental dressed stone arches and are made of 20th-century UPVC. There is an elliptical arch above the original six-panel door, which has a four-pane fanlight above it. The interior has not been inspected.
