Description

This building is a house located to the east of No 18 on Broad Street in Padstow, dating from around the mid-19th century. It is rendered and painted, likely built from stone rubble, and features a slate roof with hipped ends. The house is situated on a canted corner site, with a longer elevation on the left side, which originally housed a shop on the ground floor.

The exterior is two storeys high, displaying an asymmetrical arrangement of windows with two on the left and one on the right. On the left, there is a 19th-century shop window with a partially glazed door, along with two casement windows that are likely from the 20th century on the first floor. On the right side, there is a 20th-century door and a probable 20th-century casement window on both the ground and first floors. The interior has not been inspected.

This house is part of a group with No 16 Broad Street and No 2 New Street.
