2 houses. Circa mid C19. Rendered and painted, probably stone rubble. Slate roof with hipped ends. Plan: Canted corner site with longer elevation on left, originally with shop on ground floor. 1-room plan range on right. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2:1 window elevations to Broad Street. To left, C19 shop window with part glazed door and 2 probably C20 casements on first floor. To right, C20 door and probably C20 casement on ground and first floor. Interior: not inspected. Forms part of group with No 16 Broad Street and No. 2 New Street (qv).
