Description

No. 10 and 12 Broad Street are a pair of houses built around the early 19th century. They are constructed from rendered stone rubble and feature a slate roof, which has a hipped end on the left and a gable end on the right. The houses have a double depth, two-room plan and are heated by end stacks, with a pair of central entrances. The exterior is two-storeys high and has an almost symmetrical two-window front, showcasing complete early 19th-century 12-pane hornless sashes. In the centre, there are a pair of 20th-century doors framed by 19th-century doorcases. The interior has not been inspected.
