Description
No. 4 Roscarrock Hill is a house dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with brick dressings and features a slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The house has a single depth, two-room plan with a staircase located to the right of the passage.
The front of the building is symmetrical with three windows. On the ground floor, there are two late 19th-century six-pane sash windows flanking a central 20th-century glazed door, all set beneath brick segmental arches. The first floor has three late 19th-century six-pane sash windows.
The house occupies a prominent position on the south side of the harbour. The interior has not been inspected.
