Description

This is a house, dating from around the early 19th century. It is constructed from rendered and painted stone rubble, with slate cladding on the right-hand end wall. The roof is slate, with gable ends and a brick stack on the rear slope. The house follows a double-depth plan with a central entrance, two principal rooms on the front, likely originally heated by end stacks, and two smaller service rooms to the rear. The two-storey front facade is symmetrical and features a central 20th-century door flanked by two 12-pane hornless sash windows, with two further sash windows above. The interior has not been inspected.
