Description

This is a house dating from around the early 19th century, located on the south side of High Street, Padstow. Constructed of stone rubble, it has a slate roof with hipped ends and brick chimney stacks. The house follows a double-depth plan with a central entrance, two main rooms at the front heated by the end stacks, and service rooms to the rear. The front elevation is symmetrical, with three windows on each floor. These windows are early 19th-century 12-pane sashes set within brick segmental arches. A central 19th-century panelled door is framed by a matching doorcase. The interior has not been inspected.
