Description
Spring Parc is a house that dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of slatestone rubble, featuring granite quoins and brick dressings. The roof is made of Delabole slate and has a half-hipped design with brick chimneys located over the side walls. Originally, the house consisted of two unequal units, each with a double-depth, one-room-wide plan. It is two storeys tall and has a three-window front. The entrance door is located off-centre to the right, with a blocked doorway situated between this door and the left window. There are flat brick arches above the openings and a brick string band that runs between the floors. The windows are 8-pane sashes with horns. At the rear, there are two stair windows of unequal size. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
