Description
This house, located on York Road in Montpelier, Bristol, dates to around 1820. It is a single-depth building with a basement and one main storey, though the rear elevation rises to two stories. The front, facing York Road, has a two-window arrangement. The render facade is accented with limestone dressings. A central Doric portico shelters the front doorway. The windows are 8-pane sashes.
