Description

This house, located on York Road in the Montpelier district of Bristol, dates to around 1820. It is a double-depth plan house constructed of brick with limestone dressings, featuring brick stacks and a pantile roof. The house is three storeys high and has a single-window front. Architectural details include pilasters and a coped parapet. The right-hand side of the facade features a semicircular-arched doorway, and the windows are 10/10-pane sashes with cambered heads containing seven stepped voussoirs. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
