Description

No. 9, Cobourg Road is a late 18th- and early 19th-century attached house located in the Montpelier district of Bristol. The building is rendered with brick details and limestone dressings, and it features party wall stacks. It is of a late Georgian style. The road front is plain and includes a coped parapet and a central doorway with a 6-panel door, the upper pair of which are glazed. The garden front is brick and has five stepped voussoirs over 10/10, 6/6, and 8/8-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
