Description

No. 11 Cobourg Road is a late 18th or early 19th century attached house in a late Georgian style. The front facing Cobourg Road is plain, featuring a coped parapet and a central doorway topped with a bracketed canopy. The doorway has a 6-panel door with the top two panels glazed, and a central stair window on the first floor, fitted with stained-glass margin panes. The garden front includes a full-height, left-hand bay window with curved sides, featuring 6/6-pane sashes on the ground floor and 3/6-pane sashes on the second floor. The house has three storeys and a single window on the road front. The roof is covered with pantiles, and the property has party wall stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
