Description

Selwoodholme is a late 18th-century house on York Road in Bristol. It is a double-depth plan house constructed of brick with limestone dressings, featuring brick stacks and a concealed roof. The house is arranged over three storeys with a three-window front. A keyed, semicircular-arched doorway is topped with a fanlight; the tall ground floor windows are 10/10-pane sashes within cambered arches containing seven stepped voussoirs. The upper floor windows are smaller sashes. The building is topped by a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
