Description

This is a house dated around 1830, located on York Road in the Montpelier district of Bristol. It is a double-depth plan building rendered with limestone dressings and a pantile roof. The house is three storeys high with an attic, and it has a two-window front. The left-hand section is set back, featuring a semicircular-arched doorway with a 20th-century door. The main block has 8/8-pane sash windows, while the recessed section has 6/6-pane sashes, and the attic has 3/3-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
