Description
No. 3 Manor Road is a house built in the late 18th century. It features a roughcast and colourwashed exterior, with a cornice, parapet with coping, coped verges, and end brick stacks, topped with a plain tile roof. The building is two stories high with a symmetrical three-bay frontage. It has twelve-pane sash windows set in slightly cambered head reveals. The central door opening contains a six-panelled door and is sheltered by a flat-roofed trellis porch. There are lower height outshuts on each side of the house, with copings on the frontage. The roof to the right has pantiles, while the left side is not visible behind the coping; it features a single 16-pane sash window on the first floor and a three-light 20th-century casement window on the ground floor. The right side of the frontage is blank.
