Description

This is a house dating to around 1830, situated on York Road in Bristol. It is rendered with limestone dressings, and the roof is not visible. The house follows a double-depth plan, with three main floors and an attic, plus a basement level. The front elevation facing York Road has a semicircular arched doorway on the right-hand side, with a matching semicircular arched window above the door. The rear, or principal, elevation features sash windows with 8/8 and 6/6 pane glazing. The interior of the house has not been inspected. The building is of group value.
