Description
The boundary marker located at the junction of Thicket Road and High Street is constructed of pre-cast concrete. It features a stylised design of a bar and circle, similar to that used by London Transport. The marker consists of a tapered square post with faceted corners, set on a square stone plinth. The post is painted white, while the plinth is painted black. At the top of the post is a red circle, which has recessed outer and inner rings and displays the words 'CITY & COUNTY' in raised lettering at the bottom. A horizontal white bar runs across the centre of the circle, bordered in raised black, with the word 'BRISTOL' in raised black lettering at its centre.
