Description

The drinking fountain in Fishponds Park, dated 1893, is made of pennant rubble and ashlar, featuring a marble basin and a cast-iron urn. It has a semicircular arch with a double basin and an urn with taps in the center. Below the urn, there is an inscription honoring J Yalland, Chairman of the Local Board, who erected the fountain when the park opened.
