Description
Grace House is a former warehouse, now used as a shop, offices, and a flat. It was built in the mid-19th century and features Flemish bond brickwork with stucco, a left-hand brick lateral stack, and a hipped slate roof with red ridge tiles. The building has a rectangular plan and stands four storeys tall with a three-window range. The ground floor has 20th-century shop windows, while the first and second floors each have two horned two-pane sash windows, and there are three sash windows on the third floor. Notable signs in contemporary lettering are displayed on raised bands between the floors. The interior has an altered ground floor, but the rest was not inspected.
