Farmhouse. Cl7, with Cl9 and C20 alterations and additions. Limestone and sandstone rubble, rendered, double Roman tiled roof with brick gable stacks, pantiles to rear. L-plan, enlarged C19. 2 storeys and 5 windows, all 2-light C19 casements with earlier wooden ovolo-moulded mullions and surrounds, central C19 gabled porch with bargeboards, double doors, weathered string above lintels of ground and first floor windows, rubble exposed above upper string, battered walls. Right return has two 2-pane attic lights; 2-storey rear wing has lean-to with 2-light casement and door, 2-light casement at first floor, it storey rear outhouse attached. Left return has 2 single lights to attic, single storey addition to rear with glazed gable end and door; left side of rear wing has 2-light casement under eaves. Rear has 2-span roof over enlarged wing, gable end to left has ground and first floor 2-light casement with segmental head, to right, 2 single lights at ground and first floor with segmental head, gable stack to right, straight joint between 2; rear of single storey addition to right has door and 2-light casement. Interior: not inspected.
