Description

This is a house located in a stepped row, dating from around 1820. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a slate roof. The house is three storeys high, plus a lower ground floor created by a drop in the site level from the street front. It has two windows, all sash windows. The upper windows are plain above a four-pane design, with one featuring a balconette. The ground floor features one plain sash window and a six-panel door set within a broad architrave and alongside a small single light window. The building has a small plinth that steps down to the pavement on its left side, a cornice and blocking course, and a parapet. A small access dormer is visible in the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
