Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terraced cottage located on the south side of North Road, in Combe Down/Williamstowe. The cottage is constructed of limestone ashlar and has a pantile roof. It has two storeys and two windows, which are modern replacements with top-opening lights. A modern timber porch and conservatory conceal the right-hand entrance door. The roof is plain, with an ashlar ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the heritage register for its group value.
