This is a barn located approximately 40 metres to the west of Great Haywards Farm, dating from the 18th century. It features three bays and is clad with weatherboarding on a brick base, topped with a half-hipped tiled roof. The interior was not seen during the survey. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
