Description

66 Sunnywood Drive is a house built between 1934 and 1936 by Lubetkin and Tecton, part of a group of eight houses designed in the International modern style. The building is constructed of brick and features a flat roof that is concealed by a cement coping. It stands two storeys high and has a three-to-one window arrangement. On the first floor, there are three renewed metal framed casements set in their original openings, accompanied by cement window boxes. The ground floor has a continuous window that spans the entire width of the house. To the left side, there is a doorcase topped with a flat cement hood. A modern window has been inserted into the left side elevation.
