NORTH STREET 1. 972 (West Side) Nos 27 & 28 SU 8605 SW 2/16 5.7.50. II GV 2. (Built as 1 house.) C18. 2 storeys and attic; 2 dormers. Tiled roof. 5 windows in all. Small cornice with dentils below eaves. No 28 refronted; No 27 red brick and grey headers. Sash windows in flat arches; glazing bars intact. Smail lintels above windows in No 27. Unharmonious shop fronts.

Nos 27 to 32 (consec) and No 32A form a group.
