Description
27 and 28 North Street are two adjoining buildings that were originally constructed as a single house in the 18th century. They are two storeys high with an attic and feature two dormer windows. The buildings have a tiled roof and include five windows in total. There is a small cornice with dentils located just below the eaves. Number 28 has been refronted, while number 27 is made of red brick with grey headers. Both buildings have sash windows set in flat arches, and the glazing bars are intact. Number 27 has small lintels above its windows. The shop fronts on both buildings are considered unharmonious. Numbers 27 to 32, along with number 32A, form a group.
