Description
This is a late 18th and early 19th century stuccoed pair of buildings, 22 and 23 South Terrace. The buildings are four storeys high, with an attic and basement which includes an area. They feature a three-window, full-height canted bay with sash windows. Number 23 has a hood over the windows on each floor. A single dormer is present on each building. Number 22 is distinguished by a cornice and parapet, while Number 23 has horizontal channelling on the ground floor, flanked by pilaster strips, and a parapet without a cornice. The doorways are paired, each with a semi-circular fanlight. The hood over the ground floor windows of Number 23 extends to form a porch. Numbers 21 to 25 South Terrace are considered to form a group.
