Description

These are a pair of stucco-fronted buildings dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, forming numbers 38 and 40 Ravensdowne. The buildings are three storeys high, with two doors situated in the middle. Number 38 has two sash windows on each upper floor, while number 40 has one larger sash window on each floor. Numbers 38 and 40, along with other buildings on the east side of Ravensdowne from number 30 to 76 (the even numbers), form a group of buildings of group value.
