Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century ashlar building. The ground floor is channelled, with three storeys above. It features a doorcase composed of Tuscan pilasters, a plain frieze, and a dentilled cornice. The front has two twelve-paned sash windows on the ground floor, and three on each of the upper floors. The building is part of a group value with the other even-numbered properties from numbers 30 to 76 on the east side of Ravensdowne.
