56 and 58 Ravensdowne are early 19th-century buildings constructed of ashlar stone and standing two storeys tall. The property at number 56 features a plain doorcase with a traceried fanlight, while number 58 has a moulded doorcase topped with a cornice on scrolls and also includes a traceried fanlight. These buildings are part of a group of listed structures along the east side of Ravensdowne, which includes all properties from numbers 30 to 76 (even).
