Description

This early 19th-century house, known as The Manse, is constructed of ashlar. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has a moulded eaves cornice and parapet, as well as a plain stringcourse above the ground floor. The front elevation is divided into three bays, featuring ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars; one window has been blocked. Three attic dormers, each with a casement window, are visible. The main entrance is a six-panel door topped with an oblong fanlight. The Manse forms a group with numbers 10 to 14 and numbers 31 to 43 on the opposite side of the road.
