Description
This is a late 18th-century ashlar-built townhouse. It has quoins and is arranged over three storeys. The central entrance features a flush-panelled door and a plain fanlight, set within a doorcase of Ionic half-columns, a frieze, and a dentilled cornice. There are two blank windows on the ground floor, and three windows on each upper floor, with four of these windows being blank; all are set within architraves. A narrower section matching the design was added to connect with No 72. The rear elevation includes two three-storeyed bows, and a long, round-headed staircase window is positioned between them. This building is part of a group value context with other listed buildings on the east side of Ravensdowne, from Nos 30 to 76 (even).
