Description
This is an early 19th-century building, constructed of ashlar with a cornice, plain parapet, and quoins. It is two storeys high and originally had two doorways, one of which includes what was formerly the entrance to No. 70, which no longer exists. One door has an elaborate fanlight, while the other has a doorpiece. There are five 12-paned sash windows on the upper floor. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings on the East Side of Ravensdowne, running from Nos. 30 to 76 (even numbers).
