Description

This is an early 19th-century building of two storeys, constructed in rough ashlar. It has a prominent high plinth. The top storey features three windows in plain reveals. The ground floor has two windows with round heads. A large stone doorcase is topped with a plain frieze and cornice, sheltering double doors consisting of six panels and a four-paned fanlight. The building forms part of a group with numbers 1 to 17 (odd) Tower Street.
