Description

4 and 6 Millgate are late 18th century or early 19th century cottages that stand three storeys tall, constructed from uncoursed rubble with a stone slate roof. Each cottage features one window on every storey. No 4 has a modern window added to the top floor, while No 6 has a modern window on the ground floor to the right. The door of No 4 includes a rectangular fanlight, while No 6 has a modern door. These cottages are part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 8.
