Description

No. 18 South Terrace is an early 19th-century building that is stuccoed and consists of four storeys plus a basement with an area. The façade features four sash windows, three of which are located in a full-height canted bay. The bay windows are separated by pilaster strips vertically and stringcourses horizontally. There are steps leading up to the entrance, which has a semi-circular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a six-panel door. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 20 South Terrace and the East Garden Wall of No 3.
