Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on Western Road. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The roof is slate, with Horsham slabs at the base. The first floor is red brick with a modillion eave cornice. The front of the building is pebble-dashed with red brick dressings on the ground floor. It has casement windows, and a door on the right-hand side consisting of four plain panels and two glazed panels. Nos. 3 and 5 Norfolk Road, and Nos. 18 to 24 (even) form a group, of which No. 3 Norfolk Road is of local interest.
