  1. Early-mid C19. 2 storeys. 1 window. Hipped slate roof. Slate hung 1st floor with twin flush framed glazing bar sash windows. Slate hanging returned to East and West. Painted cobble with brick dressings on ground floor. Canted bay on ground floor to left. Former entrance blocked, door now at West side.

Nos 37 to 51 (odd), Garden Walls to East of No 51 and Nos 30 to 36 (even) form a group, of which No 45 is of local interest.
