  1. Mid C19. Red brick with grey brick headers in recessed panels. Pitched slate roof. Red brick chimneys. 3 storeys and semi-basement. 2 brick modillion eaves cornices, 1 above other, at eaves level. 2 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on 2nd floor. 1 tripartite double-hung sash window with glazing bars on 1st floor, flanked by semi- circular panels of grey brick headers. 1 double-hung sash window with glazing bars on ground floor. One 2-panelled door with moulding and semi-circular fanlight over, in plain reveal and surrounded by concentric brick relieving arch. 1 double-hung sash window with glazing bars to semi-basement. 5 ashlar steps to door flanked by brick walls with ashlar coping, and iron railings with spear finials which also enclose area.

Nos 36 to 64 (even) and Nos 70 to 74 (even) form a group with Nos 83, 85 and 91 to 101 (odd).
